Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All orders will be dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Currently we are shipping to Australia and New Zealand with the shipping rate displayed at checkout.
If you live in another part of the world, please contact hello@tooshii.co.nz for rates and delivery timeframes.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and available to be re-sold.
Conditions of return:
- You must notify us within 21 days of purchase of goods if you would like to return an item
- You must return goods to us within 10 days of notification
- Goods must be unused and in original packaging with any tags intact
- We recommend using a traceable delivery and taking note of your tracking number as we can't guarantee receipt of delivery
- There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promocodes
- Tooshii does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’
- Products that are opened and/or used
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which will be actioned within 48 hours.
Faulty Items
Should you receive your item in a faulty condition, contact us immediately via email hello@tooshii.co.nz to discuss and we will issue a refund or exchange dependent on the findings.
Sale items
All items sold on sale or with a promo code are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you receive your item and have a change of heart for your pattern preference, we can exchange it as long as the product is unused and in re-saleable condition. Return postage and the postage of the new item are responsibility of the purchaser - Tooshii will not cover postage costs as a result of change of mind.

Product return
To return your product: email hello@tooshii.co.nz for instructions on where to send.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returning a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
